Thereby without limitation to the foregoing, the Agent &/or Advertising Customer guarantees that all submitted material obeys all laws and regulations and that the publication will not result in any claims against Advanced Marketing Developments Australia, it’s owners, directors and employees in relation to defamation, libel, slander of title, breach of copyright, infringement of any whatsoever trademarks or publication titles, unjust competition, infringement of Trade Practices Acts or Fair Trading laws, violation of rights of confidential information or privacy or licences or royalty entitlements or any other property rights.

Thereby without limitation to the foregoing, the Agent &/or Advertising Customer assures that by advertising with Advanced Marketing Developments Australia, nothing therein is in violation of the current Fair Trading, Copyright and Trade Practices Acts or any other whatsoever sale of goods, person’s rights, and consumer protection legislation in Australia - as from the date the Agent &/or Advertising Customer uses the service of Advanced Marketing Developments Australia and succeeding.
